SW:BF2 Many Questions

I'm playing BF2 on PC. I've been stuck in the Hoth battle, Our Finest
Hour, for 5 days. I simply can't do it.

I have some questions:
1) Is there a quick save method? I know you can save between levels,
but can you save within the level. I'm so tired of replaying the
entire Hoth level just to die near the end.

2) Are there Cheat Codes (like god mode) for the PC version yet. I
hate to use them, but I'm desperate!

3) Is there any way to skip levels. At this point, I don't really care
about the challenge anymore. I just want to move on.

Please, any help will be appreciated!

AFAIK, Hoth is the final level in the BF2 campaign, so skipping isn't
really an option there.

I haven't managed to finish Hoth either (after only 3 attempts,
granted), but I spent the better part of a fortnight stuck on
Coruscant: Knightfall. Ultimately worked on getting Legendary levels
of Guardian (shielding) and War Hero (damage boost) via Instant Action
space battles for the permanent bonuses before I could finish that
one...

How far have you been in Hoth?

I make it until the last part where you have to guard the time bomb
that you have to set under the transport. I can't stay alive long
enough (only 30 sec) to guard it. The rebels overwhelm me and my AI
troops are pretty much depleted or too stupid to know what to do.
